In 2001, Femque van Geffen and Janneke Dröge started painting crockery in a small studio in Amsterdam under the name Blond. Their shared passion for fun and colorful tableware grew into a vibrant, varied and famous product range.

Delfts Blond Collection by Blond Amsterdam
In a small workshop on the Spuistraat in Amsterdam, two friends from Brabant started painting kitchenware. Today, the kitchenware collection of Femque van Geffen and Janneke Dröge is extremely varied. The kitchenware has the brand name 'Blond Amsterdam'. Within the Blond Amsterdam Collection, they created a Delfts Blond series with great artwork that characterizes the Netherlands. This series is not comparable with the porcelain products known as ‘Delftware', but certainly is a unique spin on them.
Design
The large, deep, round bowl from the Delfts Blond series by Blond Amsterdam is made of pottery. The outside of the bowl depicts a pattern of large white dots on a blue background. The inside of the bowl depicts a boy and girl eating fries; a typical Dutch image. This round Delft Blond bowl is 7cm deep and has a diameter of 36cm
Beautiful tableware
This Delfts Blond bowl is deep and large enough to hold popcorn, crisps, biscuits, or sweets. It is also perfect for salads and vegetables.
Combine
The salt and pepper set from the Delfts Blond series can be easily combined with the cup and saucer, the mini mug, the milk jug, the teapot, and the sugar pot in the Blond Amsterdam series to complete your lunch or breakfast tableware.
